Who we are
Our work relies on deep partnership between three organizations:
The National Latino Evangelical Coalition (NaLEC) is a coalition of several thousand Latino evangelical congregations, pastors, and not-for-profits committed to the Gospel and the common good. NaLEC exists to serve and empower the Latino Church.

Their experiences are creatively designed to inspire collective power and help heal race-based trauma, injustice and division by sparking courageous faith, igniting curiosity, and increasing competency to reconcile and unite.
The Institute for Economic and Racial Equity (IERE) at the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis is a research institute that advances economic opportunity and equity for individuals and families. Working at the intersections of academia, policy, and practice, IERE partners with diverse communities to transform structures, policies, and narratives.
